My name is Ariana, I live in Northern California with my husband, our two dogs, and our newest addition – our little NICU fighter! I am a “professional pixelator”, experimental artist, full time geek, maker-and-doer, and first-time mommy.
I’m in the over 30 club, a lover of fashion, decor, and entertaining, as well as a textbook feminine geek. I’m obsessed with pop culture, collect art toys, and game via tabletop and video. In my spare time (hah!) I also create my own line of art toys and dabble in pretty much every medium out there. I love to experiment, try new things and learn from failures.
I worked as a professional portrait photographer and freelance graphic designer for many years before jumping headfirst into the corporate world. After playing a pivotal role for not one, but TWO historical tech company splits, affecting almost 300,000 individuals across the world, I’ve learned a thing or two regarding corporate communications and employee engagement. As a program manager, I’ve coordinated both local and global events for over 5,000 people, as well as created go-to-market and Management of Change (MOC) campaigns across dozens of communication and social media channels. I have also acted as a business consultant for three large Fortune 500 companies in the organizational business office by developing digital marketing solutions and offering support and guidance.
I’m the jack-of-all-trades so I never get bored because there is always something new to try, a skill to learn, or project to finish. I’m passionate about my hobbies (yes there are a lot of them), and my goal is to encourage others to experiment, try and fail at new things, and build a community of women who help each other level up their lives, lipsticks, and light-sabers!
